INTRODUCTION

Danish sculptor and installation artist Line Bruntse, currently is an Assistant Professor of Sculpture at Millersville University. Growing up in Denmark until the age of 21 has been influential in the development of her work. Inspired by concerns of location, architecture, memory, and communication the works draw upon a rich history of traditional material practices inventively re-interpreted, and re-applied in anything but traditional ways.
